How you should do the planks?

In order to do the planks on the right way you should put your arms with your elbows set under the shoulders directly so that the weight is properly distributed. Hold your spin straight and tighten the core. While doing this your legs should be slightly divided, and you must put some pressure on the hips. It’s recommended slowly breathing, in order to keep your body relaxed.
