Yes turmeric is on the list of foods that almost every person can eat. It’s has nice taste and you can consume it fresh or powdered. This amazing food can be an extraordinary addition to your homemade juices, stews or curries. What makes turmeric so great is the component called curcumin. This component is pain reliever and acts anti-inflammatory. It also relieves bloating.


It may sound weird but dark chocolate is actually healthy food. Of  course this reffers to good dark chocolate that has 85% cocoa or even higher. The dark chocolate must be free of diary products and soy lecithin. If the chocolate has high amount of cocoa, it most probably is low in sugar. Another good thing about this chocolate is that has intense flavor and you can’t eat too much and overeat from this chocolate.

This chocolate contains polyphenols and they are aiding in neutralization of free radicals in the body. The number of people who have high level of bad cholesterol in their blood and really low level of the good one is huge, and that is one more feild where the dark chocolate may help.

The conclusion of all this is that regardless to the blood type you are, there are foods which you can eat and still be fed and satisfied with their taste. The foods we mentioned above are delicious and by eating them you enrich your nutrition and decrease any inflammation that might be happening in your body.
