You will need 3 dried figs, which you should prick on all the sides with the help of a toothpick. In the meantime fill a glass bowl with apple cider vinegar and put the figs in the bowl. They should stay in the vinegar for the whole night. When you wake up, your remedy will be done, and you should start consuming it. Eat the three figs, and in the evening put 3 more in the same ACV. That same ACV can be use up to 1 week.

Repeat the procedure for 1 month and the body fat will be significantly reduced, and your body will gain another, much better shape.
